Your skills are essential to our success, and we're here to help you achieve your career goals.Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000+/yrWhy You Should Join Our Team:Competitive Pay: Your hard work deserves top compensation.Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Prescription, Dental, and Vision plans to keep you and your loved ones healthy.Security & Growth: Disability & Term Life Insurance, plus matching 401k benefits.Career Development: Ongoing training & development with clear pathways for growth.Paid Time Off: Paid Holidays & PTO to ensure you can recharge and enjoy life outside of work.What You Will Do:Educate customers in new comfort systemsExecute sales presentations as outlined in Frank Gay Services sales procedures, building the value greater than the customer's investmentMaintain a professional attitude and appearanceAssist customers to achieve healthy, comfortable, safe environments by asking questions to find out what their needs areObtain customer authorized agreement for all jobsComplete proposals and price jobs to our customers within the guidelines set forth by the Company standardsActively pursue referrals from satisfied customersFollow up site visits to assure quality, and 100% customer satisfactionEnsure profitability of the department by accurately proposing all jobs, using book pricing, with an emphasis on quality and valueReview all jobs with the department managerCommunicate with our support staff, in a timely and efficient manner details of jobs, financing, and job schedulingSubmit via email pictures and required forms in a timely fashion and describe in detail the specifications to finish the job as was promised to the customerCommunicate to Installers the job requirements and expectations of the customer through verbal communication, pictures, drawings, and written formsMaintain contact with Installers and customers during installation to ensure a quality system is installedProspect for new customers by outbound calling or contact neighbors of recent installation customers to increase customer base and personal incomeAttend and participate in regular scheduled sales meetings, special sales training and technician technical training meetings on relevant topicsWhat We Need from You:High school diploma3 years of sales experience minimum1 year of HVAC experience preferredFlexible working hours day/nights/weekendsMust pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
