We are looking for an experienced consultant who isn't intimidated by $10k–$50k+ price tags and knows how to articulate the ROI of a high-efficiency system. If you want to work for an Inc. 5000 leader that provides the best leads in the Bay Area, this is your seat.Compensation & BenefitsEstimated Annual Earnings: $95,000 – $250,000+ (Commission)Generous Compensation: Performance-based pay with a reliable commissions.Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.Security: Retirement IRA with Employer Matching.Perks: Company vehicle or gas allowance, iPad, and phone reimbursement provided.Work-Life Balance: Family-friendly hours and a positive, dignified work culture.Training: Advanced training on 2026 energy codes, load calculations, and HVAC designThe RoleClose the Deal: Profitably sell high-ticket HVAC equipment and whole-home electrification solutions.Technical Support: Perform load calculations (Manual J/S/D) and job site evaluations to ensure perfect equipment sizing (we will train the right salesperson on this!).Navigate the "Incentive Stack": Expertly guide customers through the 2026 rebate landscape, maximizing their savings as programs become available.Project Management: Process all job paperwork, including permits and utility rebate filings, to ensure a seamless "white-glove" experience for the customer.Collaboration: Coordinate with our elite install teams to ensure the project you sold is delivered exactly as promised.Position RequirementsThe "Closer" Mentality: Minimum 3 years of success in HVAC, solar, or high-end construction sales. You must be comfortable with "big-ticket" residential sales.Results-Oriented: We expect results out of the gate. If you have a proven track record of $2M+ in annual residential sales, you belong here.Technical Aptitude: Knowledge of HVAC design, venting, and piping. BPI Certification is a major plus.Tech-Savvy: Professional proficiency with ServiceTitan (or similar dispatch software) and iPads is required.Credentialing: Valid Driver's License and a clean record are mandatory.Communication: Ability to present complex mechanical solutions in a simple, dignified way to homeowners.Why Bellows?We are an Inc. 5000 company because we respect our team's individual talents.
