You'll evaluate existing HVAC systems, educate customers on their options, and recommend the best solutions based on their home's unique needs. You'll also work closely with our installation team to ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience from consultation to installation.If you're passionate about helping homeowners, thrive in a customer-focused environment, and want to join a company that invests in its people, apply today and take the next step in your HVAC career with 72 Degrees.Evaluate residential HVAC systems in customers' homesPerform airflow analysis, load calculations, and infrared/static pressure testingRecommend equipment and comfort solutions tailored to each homePresent options clearly and help homeowners make informed decisionsCoordinate with the HVAC installation team to deliver a seamless customer experienceHigh school diploma or GEDPrevious residential HVAC sales experience requiredStrong communication and customer service skillsComfortable using Microsoft OfficeExperience with ServiceTitan is preferred, but not requiredAbility to work in attics, tight spaces, and lift equipment as neededFlexibility to work evenings and weekends when necessaryValid driver's license with a clean driving record and background
