HVAC Sales TechnicianOur company is looking for an experienced HVAC Sales Technician to join our growing team! People often come to us looking for a job, but they stay with us because they find a fulfilling career, room to grow, and opportunities to excel.Responsibilities and ExpectationsYou will meet with homeowners to assess comfort needs, recommend HVAC solutions, and provide estimates for new systems, delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the process.Key TasksConduct in-home consultations to evaluate HVAC systems and comfort needs.Develop and present tailored system recommendations and proposals.Explain product features, benefits, warranties, and financing options.Follow up with leads and close sales to meet monthly and annual goals.Collaborate with installation teams to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up and service outreach.Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and industry awareness.RequirementsMinimum of 2 years required of experience in HVAC or home services sales.Experience utilizing Service Titan highly preferred.Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.Knowledge of residential HVAC systems and load calculations.Goal-oriented mindset with strong time management.Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.What Can We Do for You?Competitive pay – Ranging from $20-$40/hr. with opportunities for UNCAPPED commission based on experience and performance.Benefits – we offer medical insurance with employer contribution, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, and other additional supplemental insurances.Earned Time Off.Paid Holidays.401k Plan with Company Match.On-the-job training.Company supplied vehicle.New company supplied iPad & access to integrated software.State of the art parts and supplies.The compensation for this position is expected to range between $20.00 - $40.00 per hour.
