Royal Comfort LLC in Port Chester, NY is seeking an HVAC Service Dispatcher for a full-time role working 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. You will coordinate technicians, schedule daily service calls, and maintain smooth operations while delivering top-notch customer service.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of dispatching experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. HVAC knowledge is a plus, and ServiceTitan experience is beneficial.
