HVAC Service Technician - $28-$40/hr. + Company Van
Albany, NY / Capital Region
Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level

Holbrook Heating Inc. is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our Albany/Capital Region team.

Requirements:
What You'll Do
* Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems
* Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment
* Complete HVAC repairs accurately and efficiently
* Identify equipment problems and recommend appropriate repair or replacement options
* Communicate system conditions and repair recommendations clearly to customers
* Complete service documentation accurately and promptly
* Maintain a clean and organized company service van
* Follow company safety procedures and industry standards
* Provide professional and courteous customer service
What We're Looking For
* Previous HVAC service and maintenance experience
* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
* Knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems
* Experience working with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment
* Ability to work independently and efficiently manage service calls
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
* Dependable and professional work ethic
* Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position
