Annual performance review
On a given day, an HVAC Service Technician will:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and provide start up for all electrical and mechanical components of HVAC equipment.
Provide preventive maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
Meet with customers, evaluate their needs and make recommendations.
Operate company vehicle
Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times
Utilize and maintain work order system to receive, update and complete calls.
On-call status for emergency service as required

Proficiency in the service, troubleshooting and maintenance of HVAC equipment
A strong work ethic

Job requirements :
Maintain Valid Driver‘s License
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
Continual development including earning NATE Certifications.
Drug Screen and Background Check required
