We are a growing local team seeking a skilled, reliable HVAC Technician with at least 3 years of experience to service our residential and commercial clients in Waseca, MN, and the surrounding local areas .

Competitive Pay: $20.00 – $45.00 per hour (Based on experience).

Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Lead commercial installations , including upcoming large-scale hotel projects.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults efficiently.
Perform routine maintenance to ensure client systems run optimally.
Interact with customers professionally, explaining technical issues and recommending solutions.
Adhere to all safety codes and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service or installation required.
Certification: Valid EPA Universal Certification.
License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Required).
Technical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems, read schematics, and work independently.
Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and climb ladders.
