What You'll Do
As an HVAC Service Technician , you will:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
Identify solutions that improve home comfort and system performance
Educate homeowners on repair, replacement, and maintenance options
Deliver outstanding customer service and professionalism on every call
Maintain accurate records and uphold company quality standards

What We're Looking For
Experience as an HVAC Service Technician
EPA certification preferred
Relevant HVAC licenses and certifications preferred
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Motivated, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
