As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping homeowners make informed decisions about their comfort systems.

Responsibilities: What Will I Do?
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems
Perform comprehensive system evaluations to identify root causes of equipment issues
Service and maintain:Air conditioners
Furnaces
Heat pumps
Indoor air quality systems
Thermostats and controls
Related HVAC components
Utilize diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively
Present repair options and recommendations clearly and professionally to homeowners
Educate customers on system operation, maintenance requirements, and energy-saving opportunities
Promote and explain the benefits of the CoolCare Maintenance Agreement
Identify opportunities to improve comfort, efficiency, reliability, and indoor air quality
Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication
Accurately document service findings, completed work, and recommendations using company software platforms
Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures
Ensure all work is completed according to local, state, and national codes
Qualifications: Do I have What it Takes?
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC service, maintenance, and repair experience
Proven experience diagnosing and troubleshooting a wide range of HVAC system issues
Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ServiceTitan
Industry certifications (EPA Certification preferred)
Previous experience working within residential home services
Requirements
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review
Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor environments
Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver HVAC equipment and materials
