What You'll Do
As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing residential HVAC systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and system tune-ups.
Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide effective solutions.
Educate homeowners on repair options, maintenance, and system performance.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Work closely with dispatch and management to ensure timely customer service.
Deliver outstanding customer care with professionalism and integrity.
Stay current on industry technologies, products, and best practices.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Residential HVAC Service Technician.
HVAC certification and applicable licenses.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
Knowledge of residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
