Job description
Lennox in Bridgeton, MO is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of customer service associates and drive store performance. You will work with sales to exceed revenue targets, maintain a showroom, and manage inventory and daily operations with a focus on exceptional service.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of related experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of HVAC systems. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
