Job Description Job Description The HVAC Technician will primarily work on commercial and industrial HVAC systems, providing expert installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services. This role involves local travel to client sites and requires the use of standard hand tools, scheduling and reporting software, and mobile communication devices. The technician will be part of a small team focused on delivering reliable and efficient HVAC solutions while ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Install commercial and industrial HVAC systems according to specifications
Perform routine maintenance to ensure system efficiency and reliability
Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues using diagnostic tools
Execute repair services promptly to minimize downtime
Engage professionally with customers to explain services and address concerns
Use scheduling and reporting software to document work and coordinate tasks
Adhere to safety standards and company policies during all operations
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience with HVAC systems
Technical certification in HVAC technology
EPA Section 608 Certification
Knowledge of HVAC system installation and refrigeration principles
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and safety standards compliance
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Effective time management and mechanical aptitude
