Job description

Position Title: HVAC Technician

Work Location: Framingham MA USA 1701

Assignment Duration: 4 months

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Work Schedule : Ability to work rotating schedule which includes working every other Sunday, 2-3 days on and 2-3 days off. Ability to work rotating schedule. 12-hour work days

****Must Have Skills:

* 2+ years in a dedicated experience in commercial HVAC role

* Previous experience: Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7, cGMP-regulated facility.

* Experience with (AHUs), chillers, boilers, and cleanroom HVAC systems.

* Ability to interpret and apply technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.

Nice to have skills : Any additional licenses or trade certs or licenses a plus

Notes: HVAC Technician EPA Certification is required

Possibility of extension

Role will require:

* Climbing ladders, confined space, LOTO, hot work permit

* HVACs will work in cold rooms

* Exposure to chemicals such as glycol, utilities, IPA, spor-klenz and refrigerant

* Role will operate: Scissor list, boom lift.

Key Responsibilities:

* Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7, cGMP-regulated facility.

* Work with air handling units (AHUs), chillers, boilers, and cleanroom HVAC systems.

* Maintain temperature-controlled environments, including cold and warm rooms.

* Interpret and apply technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.

* Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

* Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

* Accurately complete maintenance logs and system documentation.

* Apply strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to system issues.

* Work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed.

* Support consistent environmental control to meet manufacturing and facility standards.

Qualification & Experience:

* Minimum Education High School Diploma
