Leadership Opportunity
H&H Home Services is a growing residential HVAC company proudly serving homeowners throughout Chester County, Delaware County, and Philadelphia County. As our company continues to expand, we are seeking an organized, driven, and hands, on HVAC Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, support field teams, and help drive operational excellence throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring our teams have the equipment, materials, and support needed to deliver an outstanding customer experience while positioning themselves for future management growth within the company.
What You'll Do
Warehouse Operations & Logistics
Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and material flow.
Receive, organize, and maintain HVAC equipment, parts, and materials.
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits and stock controls.
Coordinate equipment and material availability to support daily operations.
Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Manage vendor deliveries and inventory replenishment.
Team Support & Leadership
Serve as a key operational resource for field personnel and office staff.
Assist with scheduling, coordination, and deployment of equipment and materials.
Support project execution by ensuring crews have the resources they need to succeed.
Help develop and improve operational processes and warehouse efficiencies.
Provide leadership and guidance to team members while fostering a positive work environment.
Collaborate with management to support company growth initiatives.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve inventory control, workflow efficiency, and operational performance.
Monitor warehouse KPIs and maintain accurate records.
Assist with planning and implementing scalable operational procedures as the company continues to grow.
Qualifications
Previous warehouse management, HVAC operations, or logistics experience preferred.
Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, materials, and industry practices.
Proven leadership abilities and experience coordinating multiple priorities.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Computer proficiency and experience with inventory management systems.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
