Job Description Job Description The HVAC Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVAC/R) programs. The instructor provides classroom, laboratory, and hands-on training while ensuring students develop the technical knowledge, practical skills, professionalism, and safety practices required for entry-level employment in the HVAC industry.

NO Experience Necessary - You will training.

Required

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of three (3) years of recent HVAC industry experience.

Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, troubleshooting, electrical diagnostics, and industry safety practices.

Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Ability to demonstrate technical procedures effectively.
