Job description
Hy-Vee’s Hy-Chi Department is seeking a results-driven Manager to lead a fast-paced team. You will set standards for service, oversee staff development, and manage orders, pricing, and promotions to maximize department profitability.
You’ll greet guests, resolve issues promptly, and ensure top-quality product and cleanliness. This role reports to the Store Director and focuses on driving customer satisfaction daily.
