Foundation Health Partners seeks a pharmacist for a hybrid ambulatory care role at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital in Alaska. The position supports direct patient care, medication management, and education across the system.
Compensation includes $67.05 to $93.29 hourly wage, a $40,000 retention bonus, relocation up to $7,500, and 90 days of housing. Shifts are full-time, 40 hours weekly with 4x10 or 5x8 schedules, with weekend coverage. Strong clinical skills and BCPS/BCACP preferred.
