Job description
Young Life in San Jose seeks an Area Director to guide spiritual development, leadership growth and resource development within the local Young Life community. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on building teams, coordinating clubs and camps, and guiding volunteers toward the area mission.
You will develop fundraising strategies, supervise staff and volunteers, train leaders, and ensure Gospel proclamation through clubs, Campaigners and camping opportunities while maintaining donor relations
