Bausch + Lomb is seeking an Associate Director, Dry Eye HCP Marketing to lead in-market execution of Eye Care Rx, Dry Eye products and will shape the brand strategy and tactical execution that drives growth for the Eye Care Rx business. This role requires developing ECP-centric strategies based on market research, analyzing trends, and proving performance metrics.
