Job description
Premise Health in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Full Time Audiologist to provide care for client employees in our Health Center. This hybrid role combines remote work and onsite support, with travel to health centers and programs, including out-of-state assignments.
You will counsel and rehabilitate hearing, balance and communication-impaired individuals, supervise as needed, and perform advanced audiometric testing as required. Strong ASHA/ABA credentials and OSHA knowledge are essential.
