Job description
Hybrid BCBA | 25 Billable Hours + 15 Flexible Hours
Charlotte, NC (University Area) $90,000–$100,000/year Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week 25 In-Person Billable Hours + 15 Flexible Hours
What if your BCBA role actually gave you flexibility—without sacrificing your salary?
At Autism 360 , we believe flexibility should mean more than squeezing documentation into your evenings or being told a position is “hybrid” without knowing what that actually means.
That’s why we’re doing things differently.
We’re hiring a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a simple, clearly defined structure:
25 hours each week: In-person, billable 97155 clinical services
15 hours each week: Flexible hours that can be completed remotely or onsite based on workflow and business needs
That’s it. Clear expectations. Competitive compensation. Meaningful flexibility.
If you’re a BCBA who loves being present with learners and your clinical team—but also appreciates having flexibility for treatment planning, documentation, data review, caregiver collaboration, and everything else that comes with being a great clinician, we’d love to talk with you.
Why This BCBA Role Is Different
Only 25 required billable hours per week
15 flexible hours completed remotely or onsite based on workflow and business needs
$90,000–$100,000 annual salary
Full-time, 40-hour workweek with clearly defined expectations
Stay connected to your learners, families, and clinical team while enjoying meaningful flexibility
Join one of North Carolina's largest privately held autism services providers
No guessing what “hybrid” means. You know the expectations from day one.

The Kind of BCBA Who Will Thrive Here
You may love this role if you’re looking for:

Clear and realistic expectations around your billable hours
Time built into your schedule for the work that happens outside direct treatment
