Job description
Highlights Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Clinical Supervisor - BCBA/LBA in a hybrid role based in New Bern, North Carolina. You will supervise a team of staff, develop ABA programs, and deliver telehealth and in-person therapy to clients and their families.
The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in ABA or related field, current BCBA certification, and 3–5 years of remote telehealth experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.
