Job description

Autism 360, based in Conover, NC, is hiring a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services with a clear, defined structure: 25 in-person billable hours weekly plus 15 flexible hours that can be remote or onsite.

This full-time role offers a $90,000–$100,000 annual salary and a 40-hour workweek. You will develop ABA programs, supervise RBTs, analyze data, and collaborate with families to support meaningful progress while maintaining strong ethics and BACB guidelines.
