Centria Autism is seeking a Hybrid BCBA in Maryland to deliver and oversee ABA therapy across virtual and in-person settings, supported by our clinical and operational teams.
This role blends remote supervision with site visits, ensuring compassionate, client-centered care and collaboration with families and clinicians.
You’ll supervise Behavior Technicians, develop assent-based plans, engage parents with training, and participate in ongoing professional growth with competitive compensation.
