Job description
The Treetop ABA in Virginia Beach is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our clinician-led team. This hybrid role blends in-clinic care with remote planning and supervision, offering a balanced schedule with no nights or weekends and WFH options.
You will manage a small caseload, develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, conduct FBAs, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families, and document progress to inform decisions. Our environment emphasizes ethical practice, growth, and supportive leadership.
