Job description
Lighthouse Autism Center seeks a BCBA to design individualized programs that prioritize communication, independence, and self-advocacy. The role includes co-treat sessions with our dually certified SLP-BCBAs and supervising RBTs, all within a neuro-affirming, assent-based framework.
We emphasize ethical, trauma-informed care and offer real-world support to learners with realistic caseloads and predictable schedules, including work-from-home days.
