Job description
ABLE Kids in Concord, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive, mission-driven team. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with one work-from-home day per week, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and up to $25,000 in performance bonuses.
Responsibilities include developing and monitoring individualized ABA treatment plans for children aged 2–6, collaborating with families and educators, and analyzing progress to drive meaningful outcomes.
