Job description
Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid homebased role serving clients in the Fairfax area. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, review session data with families, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on results.
The position offers a full-time Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or late nights, a small caseload, and competitive pay.
