Job description
Alora Behavioral Health seeks a BCBA or BCBA‑D to join our Victorville team in a hybrid role blending clinical leadership with hands-on impact.
You will conduct FBAs, develop and supervise treatment plans, mentor RBTs, train caregivers, and monitor progress with data-driven adjustments while ensuring BACB/state compliance.
