Cortica is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid remote role in Naperville, IL and surrounding areas. You will lead a transdisciplinary team and oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming for children with developmental differences.
The position offers a strong compensation package, with salary between $91,000 and $114,000 plus productivity bonuses, generous PTO, CEU stipend, license reimbursement, 401(k) matching, and comprehensive health coverage.
