Job description
Alora Behavioral Health in Pasadena is seeking a BCBA or BCBA-D to join our team in a hybrid or remote role that blends clinical leadership with hands-on impact. The position supports autism services for children and families, with a focus on integrity and meaningful progress.
You will conduct FBAs, supervise RBTs, train caregivers, and lead data-driven program decisions, collaborating with the Area Director and clinical leadership to expand access to care.
