Job description
Big Dreamers ABA in Augusta, GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a hybrid model covering McDonough and surrounding areas. You will oversee clinical programming, supervise RBTs and BCaBAs, and develop individualized treatment plans for a small caseload of clients.
The role offers in-home supervision with strong admin support, opportunities for leadership, and a supportive team culture.
