Job description
Behavioral Perspective Inc. is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide essential therapy services to children, teens, and young adults with Autism. The role combines in-clinic supervision with substantial work-from-home components, managing a caseload and mentoring Behavior Technicians.
The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in ABA, an active BCBA license, and has 1+ years of BCBA experience. Compliance with BACB and HIPAA guidelines is essential.
