Job description
STEPS Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role. This primarily remote position requires about 25% in-person work in Maryland, with occasional travel to meet in-person needs and East Coast evening availability.
The position offers $85-$95/hour plus a 20% incentive for the in-person component, a $1,500 sign-on bonus, and paid time for client-facing and administrative tasks. Benefits include health, retirement, PTO, and CEU opportunities.
