Job description
Optum Behavioral Care in West Nyack, NY is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to join the integrated care team embedded in Crystal Run primary care. This role uses the Collaborative Care Model to deliver brief, evidence-based behavioral health care for adults and youths 10+ in a coordinated, measurement-based approach.
The position supports in-person and telehealth delivery, works within a multidisciplinary team, and emphasizes outcomes and whole-person health.
