Job description
Marsh seeks a Workforce and Rewards Consulting Analyst to join the Boston-based team. You will work with project teams to diagnose issues and design strategies for clients, focusing on rewards and workforce analytics across multiple practice areas.
You will engage board members and HR leaders, develop client presentations, and collaborate with senior consultants under tight deadlines. A Spring 2027 graduate with a business/HR focus is preferred.
