Job description
The University of Kansas Hospital seeks an Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist - Cardiology to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care in ambulatory settings with hybrid work options. You will participate in rounds, manage drug therapy, perform dosing adjustments, and contribute to education and precepting of learners.
You will also engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, ensure safe and cost-effective pharmacotherapy, and support access to medications and adherence tools across clinics.
