Job description
GA Group in Dallas/Houston seeks a Senior Manager/Director of Finance to join CFO Advisory. You will lead interim finance leadership roles, stabilize finance teams, and support reporting and analysis for middle-market and PE-backed portfolios.
The role requires strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, audit readiness, and collaboration with executives, lenders, and PE sponsors. Hybrid engagement with travel as needed.
