Job description
Elevation IFT is seeking a licensed mental health professional for a hybrid, full-time position in Homewood, IL. You will provide individual, child, and family psychotherapy and ensure timely clinical documentation. You set your work hours while the team supports a balanced work-life approach.
Requirements include a Master’s degree in a mental health field and licensure in IL or IN (LMFT, LPC, LSW, LCPC, LCSW) or licensure eligible. Telehealth and in-office sessions are available.
