Job description
SGS, Dayton, NJ, is seeking a Client Services Manager to lead the Client Services team in a hybrid role. You will oversee the client services function, mentor project managers, and drive customer relationships and compliance testing resolutions.
Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking strategic accounts, and delivering process improvements. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in related fields, plus supervisory experience, are required.
