Tops Markets in Hudson Valley is seeking a Hybrid Clinical & Community Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team. This role blends traditional community pharmacy with dedicated clinical services across multiple locations, offering direct patient care, immunizations, MTM, and provider collaboration.
The Hybrid Practice Model enables you to remain active in community practice while expanding clinical services, with travel among Tops' pharmacy locations as needed.
