American Family Care is seeking an Advanced Provider Director to blend direct patient care with clinical leadership and operational strategy across our urgent care network. Reporting to the VP of Provider Services, this role champions our mission and drives performance across clinical, medical, and operational verticals.
The position combines 60% clinical time with 40% leadership/administrative duties, requiring NP/PA licensure, 2+ years in urgent care, and strong mentorship capabilities.
