Job description

Stormont Vail Health is seeking a Clinical Staff Pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care, optimize medication therapy, and contribute to disease state management. The role involves patient-centered services from birth to death and collaboration with the care team in a hybrid work setting.

The successful candidate will hold a PharmD (or BS in Pharmacy) and a license, with residency completion preferred.
