People Inc. is seeking a Commercial Counsel to be a key member of the Legal team, advising across Sales, Product, Marketing, Technology, Finance, and Procurement. You will negotiate complex agreements, optimize contracting processes, and enable strategic growth while balancing risk.
The role requires JD, NY bar, 4+ years in related law, and the ability to translate legal concepts into pragmatic business solutions. This is a hybrid NYC role with remote flexibility.
