TECHEAD is seeking a Senior Recruiter for a contract (6-Month) position in Richmond, VA. This hybrid role partners with hiring managers to deliver full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level roles across multiple business functions.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of recruiting experience, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office and ATS, and a proven track record in building talent pipelines and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
