Job description
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf seeks a Corporate Counsel to join our Los Angeles team, reporting to the VP, Global Head of Legal. This senior role provides broad legal support for North America operations, partnering with internal teams and outside counsel in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, managing litigation with internal/external counsels, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting corporate governance.
