Job description
TRAC Intermodal LLC in Princeton, NJ is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel to join our Legal team reporting directly to the General Counsel. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and help shape the company's legal, regulatory, and risk management strategy.
You will manage litigation, claims, and collections; draft and negotiate commercial agreements; supervise outside counsel; and partner with business teams to implement strategic decisions in a hybrid work
