Job description
Invenergy, LLC is seeking a Corporate Paralegal II to support the in-house Legal teams across Invenergy and Polsky Holdings. Based at Invenergy's HQ in downtown Chicago, the role covers development, M&A, project finance, real estate, and governance work with cross-functional teams.
The position offers a hybrid schedule (in-office Mon–Thu, remote on Fridays when feasible) and a focus on transactional support, documentation, and training across entities.
