Job description
Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a Counsel, Commercial Contracts to provide strategic legal counsel across the procurement contracting pipeline. You will review, negotiate, and draft a high volume of diverse agreements, including services, confidentiality, SaaS, licenses, events, HR/benefits, technical, and AI-related contracts.
The role is hybrid, requiring collaboration with Legal, Procurement, Operations, IT, Marketing, and HR to balance business opportunities with risk.
